As a Digital Marketer at Hostiya.com, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase conversions. The ideal candidate should have experience with various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns to improve website traffic and visibility.
• Create and manage content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and landing pages.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure continuous growth.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to create engaging marketing materials.
• Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Increase brand visibility and audience engagement through social media marketing.
• Develop lead generation strategies and optimize conversion funnels.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, writing, and content creation skills.
• Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with website analytics tools and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
